NHL: Avalanche (-103) @ Lightning $
It has been a strange Stanely Cup finals thus far. Colorado won game one at home in overtime and completely destroyed Tampa Bay 7-0 in game two. The Lightning rebounded from that humiliating loss with a trouncing of their own, 6-2 at home.
It was easily Colorado’s worst game of the NHL playoffs thus far and only their third loss. If you have been following you’ll know that I have been riding the Avalanche throughout nearly the entirety of these playoffs and they have been very good to me.
Just as the Lightning rebounded after the bad game two loss, I expect the Avalanche to do the same in game four. Nathan Mckinnon has been held to just 2 assists in the first three games of the series. It could be a breakout game for him in these finals and wouldn’t be surprised to see him pot a goal or even two.
Colorado’s power play is a devastating 33.9% and they constantly seem to be playing downhill while attacking opponents on odd-man rushes. The Avalanche are clearly been the best team in the playoffs so far and I expect them to continue their excellence as they march their first NHL Stanely Cup win in 20 years.
