NFL: Rams/Seahawks Over (54.5) $

If I had to pick a side in this matchup, I would lean towards the Rams to bounce back from their home loss to ARZ. I think this total is a better choice however.

My spreadsheet puts these two teams as second and third on my list of best over teams in the NFL (KC and TB are first and fourth). I don’t see much defence being played in this matchup with both teams scoring 27+ points. Both teams have decent running attacks that can pick up third down conversions at a high rate with the ability to throw the ball deep on play action.

But the Achilles heel for both is their defence. Particularly the Seahawk offensive line has been porous so far allowing several teams to run the ball down their throats. The Seahawks will need to outscore many of their opponents this year if they hope to make the playoffs.
