NBA: Pelicans (+8) Vs Suns $

The Suns are in a tough part of their schedule and currently have their four best big men out of the lineup Ayton, Crowder, McGee, and Nadar. All four of these players are in league quarantine protocols. They have signed Bismack Biyombo to a short term contract as a stop gap solution, but hopefully by this time next week all these players will be back in the lineup.

I picked against the Suns two nights ago in Charlotte and they ended getting hot in a shoot out win against the Hornets. They went with a smaller lineup and still won which is a sign of a great coaching staff and deep bench. That is not a good long term solution, however and I still feel this is a bad spot for them especially laying so many points on the road.

The Pelicans are getting used to life without Zion as he is showing few signs of rejoining the team. They need to find their new identity and getting a win against the defending conference champs would be a great place to start. Or perhaps just keeping the game close would be a moral victory, which I feel they can do tonight.
