NBA: Cavaliers (-7.5) Vs Wizards $$

The Wizards lost a 2OT game last night at home to SA. Today they travel to Cleveland taking on the upstart Cavaliers and their top-rated defence. I have made no secret about what I think about the current version of the Wizards. They could be the worst team in the NBA right now. Management has blown up this team and not for the better. Tack on a scheduling disadvantage for this matchup and I will be fading them for a double play a second night in a row.

The Cavaliers are in a but of a pickle right now as well. They are currently down three guards to injury, Darius Garland, Caris Levert, and Rajon Rondo. Their absences are likely the reason this line isn’t 10 points or more. They Cavs will look to dominate with their three big men tonight against a Wizards team who are still waiting for Porzingis to make his debut. The Cavalier injuries and the big line are still not enough for me to lay off this game.

NBA: Grizzlies (+1.5) @ Bulls $

This is the game of the night featuring two solid playoffs teams. The Bulls are on a solid 6 game win streak coming off the break. They are regaining their early season form that saw them streak into first place out of the gate. Despite this, I still see the Grizzlies as the better of these two teams.

The Grizzlies just have so much young talent and bench depth that matches up with any team in the league. There should only be a small handful of games all season that the Grizzlies should find themselves as underdogs. I am not sure this should be one of them.
